Welcome to the Merseyside Wargames Society blog, run by gamers, for gamers.
The aim of this group is to bring together the many gamers, painters, modellers, sculptors etc in Merseyside in to one big disfunctional unhappy family.
Time permitting, we will have regular posts covering all aspects of the hobby of Wargaming, e.g. army building, converting and painting, sculpting, scenery making etc, and we will be covering many games systems including Warhammer, Warhammer 40'000, Warmachine, Flames of War, Babylon 5 to name a few.
To start with, soon we will have Bondy's Tyranid 'Hive Fleet Climclam' as he talks about tactics and force selection, and a step by step painting guide, Doogie's Black Templars and Babylon 5 fleets, and my Word Bearers chaos marines, and my allied Blood Angels and Dark Angels, and ill be running a series of irregular 'scenery workshops' making terrain on a virtually non existant budget.
